Horrible Stay – Roaches and Blood on Sheets I had an incredibly disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed alive roaches crawling around. To make matters worse, when I went to inspect the bed, there was visible blood on the sheets. I informed the staff about these issues, but to my shock, they did absolutely nothing to accommodate me or rectify the situation. There was no offer to change my room, provide clean sheets, or even an apology for the unsanitary and unsafe conditions. This level of disregard for cleanliness and guest comfort is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously to ensure future guests do not have the same experience.

The property should not even be open. Construction has this hotel with no lobby, no front desk, no restaurant or bar. Spa doesn’t work, hot tub has no jets. The rooms are shauddy done remodeling. Lights in room don’t work, no hot water and plumbing fixtures that move with you try to use. Floors uneven and our bathroom vanity marble was cracked. If this is to be a new Hilton hotel, it will never make their requirements. We never got room service and had tag on door and talked to front person and he told me for sure it would be done. Lori working afternoon shift was great. All quests should be refunded payment. Don’t stay here!

The building is currently under renovation. The pictures online do not even come close to matching what you reserve. Also, if you are expecting and or paying for a room with an ocean view. That doesn't exist... Your view will be the pool and homes. The beach and ocean view is severely obstructed. Rooms need to be completely renovated also. Either a lot of detailed things were missed, or the renovation is being piecemeal by an unprofessional contractor. The side door was being kept blocked open with a small stone because the card reader was broken. Until this location gets their property together and accurate details about the property. Book with one of the larger brands near this location.

I have been coming for years here they have new management and the hotel is awful. I paid astronomical amount for a hotel that gave me pool towels for the shower. Was dirty, lights not work, the people working were absolutely rude. I understand they were doing renovations but we had no idea the walls were empty and we were in a shell of a room. There was not even water, no coffee or any food options. I had to walk to other hotels for service. I will never go back.

I was aware that they were going through remodeling, but it was more like a construction zone. The lobby was torn apart and checking was at a folding table with completed. The rooms were incomplete and lights did not work in the bathroom, the hot tub had no jacuzzi, when asked for an extra bath towel we got a small pool towel. The restaurant was closed down. They should have discounted the price in this case, but instead I paid over $400 for one night.

Unfortunately, we arrived during construction, and were never given a heads up. We did not know the kitchen would be unavailable, so we had to make other arrangements for breakfast. When we came through the front door we were received with a ladder and a construction worker obstructing the way (no caution signs).The bed sheets were very dirty.

Could be great
The room was supposed to have a jacuzzi. It was replaced with a desk. The hotel is remodeling the entrance and restaurant. The rooms are not being remodeled. The pictures must be from the opening because the room had paint peeling from the ceiling, the locks didn’t work, they gave you exactly 2 towels. No light in the bathroom so we had to move the floor lamp to the bathroom. Also no vents or fans in the bathroom. Tons of mildew in shower and no water pressure. They still trying to charge 250 a night. The front desk people did discount the stay but will def not be staying again.
