Paying for parking was a last minute notification. Floor of room needed to be mopped. Otherwise room was clean. Near beach and restaurants. Breakfasts were good and had adequate choices.

I had to request two times that they make up my room, but when I returned they had only replaced the towels and did not make up the bed. No elevator in this building. Limited breakfast and no restaurant or room service. Room was small but comfortable.

The staff kept the property very clean despite the renovations going on. The hotel was convenient to the beach, several restaurants and downtown. We chose to take the trolley which worked well for us. We did not realize that there was no elevator when we requested a king size bed. There are no kings on the first floor so we had two queens which made the room a bit crowded.

This place had a breakfast buffet which was great to wake up to and then head to the beach. You could literally walk to the beach or park in a lot across the street.

Breakfast is nothing to brag about. No garbage can by coffee. Lobby floors are extremely slippery, so be careful, even if they are dry. Chairs by pool are nice looking, but they are wood and hard as a rock to sit on or lay on. Bathroom door is a sliding barn door with zero privacy. Whoever was the designer for this renovation did not think things out at all. Not a bad place, but wanted to share my observations.

No serious complaints…for the price
Decent, and has had some recent remodeling, but could be so much better with just a few tweaks. Housekeeping only made our bed and emptied trash. No towel exchange (for a beach hotel no less), no tissue replacement even though we made it obvious that we were out. Dead bug on the bathroom floor was still there when we returned to our room after being gone all day. Super low toilet height. Low shower water pressure.
