Good room, bad customer service
The room is quite comfortable and clean. The bathroom is very nice and clean. Breakfast was basic but it was fine; however in the breakfast machine juices and in the coffee machine at breakfast time there were small insects that according to an employee (who spoke to me in a super disrespectful and not at all friendly way) were "just ants" but whatever it is, those bugs should not be near the drinks. I was disappointed by that person's treatment.

The toilet was broken, Electrical’s broken, USB ports destroyed, Beds Uncomfortable, spungent smell, breakfast was a joke. Not worth to stay for a night. Closed out remaining days and left for another hotel.

Other than the lobby the whole building is outdated.everything is old and poorly maintained.the toilet was dirty.the shower was a mess .the property is surrounded by abandoned buildings,etc.the room curtains obstruct the ac unit.wont go back.

Horrible conditions getting into property. The shower had no shelves or anywhere to put soap, shampoo etc. there is a huge cabinet at the end of the bed which left a narrow walkway that barely fits an adult. The lobby area is nice and breakfast is great but not much else to like

We booked a 3-night stay, but only stayed 1 night. - The parking area was dark and inadequate. One side of the lot, which was adjacent to a building under construction, was not lit at all. The entry door on that side of the building was out of order, so we had to use our phone flashlights to scan the area as we ran around to the main door to enter the hotel. - One lampshade had mold stains and the ironing board had a raised layer of white mold growing all over it. The room smelled strongly of some kind of sharp disinfectant spray. - The elevators were dirty and had obviously not been swept in a while. We did not enjoy our experience and will not return to or recommend this hotel.

The room was very small for 2 people. No closing door on the toilet/shower. It was a sliding barn door. Very tacky!!! Couldn’t hardly walk around the bed as there was not much room. This was the worst stay we have ever experienced staying at this hotel. And we have stayed here for years.
