We don’t think this was where we were staying we thought we were staying at the bw bayside but it served its purpose the bedding was comfortable and clean as was the room it self parking was tight but we got one each night. We don’t eat at the buffet as was to crowded

Do not stay here

Terrible smell of vinegar. Parking is terrible, after a certain time you can’t find parking. The headboard was stained and the door is not sealed properly. It was a cold night in st Augustine and the room was freezing because of the gap under the door. When we first walked into the bathroom a stained towel was on the floor. Not worth the price nor the location at the expense of cleanliness and peace of mind.

Very nice and clean hotel close to the historic district. They welcome pets and their rooms are big with very good amenities. I will definitely recommend it.

The front desk attendant was not very friendly; she did not appear eager to assist us. The floor in the room was dirty. The Continental menu was not very appealing and we decided to eat somewhere else the second day. Parking was difficult to get since the hotel shares the spaces with the next door hotel, and they charged us $10 to park far from the room. Overall, we are surprisingly disappointed by the experience at this Best Western hotel. The location has great potential, it requires a little more attention.

It was gross. I cant believe i even had to pay for this. Everything from check in to check out was terrible. No parking. Rude staff. ....wish i stayed somewhere else, but had no options once we got here! Never again.

Our stay was good all in all...we had no soap, asked and given no biggie. Party of 3 given 3 towels no biggy made it work...coffee pot was not usable as the parts given did not fit..again no biggy went downstairs to get coffee...and room smelt like mildew when AC off..good stay just 1st world issues... hospitality of workers was 100% they were awesome.
