The outside bar was not open on Friday but pool was warm and comfortable. We had great visit. Wish you had shuttle to the parks but Uber was fine.

Parking lot is small, car was scuffed. Woken up at 8:15 for a 11am check out which was already established at check in. Told I’d be charged on arrival. I was charged early that morning and also charged for parking and it wasn’t specified. You can do better

Shops and restaurants are walkable from the hotel and the view of the bay across the street is amazing. The only issues are: bed was really uncomfortable and the bathroom door was not great for privacy with kids in the room. Lots of parties and music going until 1 or 2 am.

Good room, loud neighborhood.
The room was fine, clean, small but acceptable considering the location. Price a tad high but again, in a historic district. The problem, it backs up to two nightclubs. Music blared until 1:30 am. Complained to the desk and they said they could call the police but it should stop by 1:30am. Not much they could do. The hotel was fine, bed comfortable and room clean. However I will not stay again due to its close neighbors.

The only 2 things i didn't like is you had to pay $20 a day to park even though you are paying to stay. There wasn't any water left in the room.

Hotel is situated in the heart of old town Saint Augustine right across the beautiful Bayfront very convenient to restaurants, shops and entertainment, rooms look like they have been recently renovated very clean and nicely appointed. We had a great stay. The only thing I would caution is that it is noisy late into the night so be aware. We were told about this before hand at the from desk but we were there for a festival and got in late every night.

The front desk checked someone else into our room. They entered our room when we were already in bed. Scared my wife half to death. By issuing them a key to our room, our keys became useless.
