When I came to check in their systems were down so I had to wat 30 mins. After a 17 hour drive. Then the next morning house keeping walked in on me. Unclothed. Didn’t knock, didn’t announce their selves. I feel completely violated.

Other than the crotchety older woman at the front desk, and the loud music and talking you can easily hear through walls it was a fantastic place and I’d stay again because of how conveniently located it is to all the bars and shopping that’s there.

Really like the convenience and it’s updated. Lobby and certain areas of the room smell faintly of mildew, otherwise clean and comfortable. Excellent location by the fort and historic district.

This is and I'molder Best Western but the rooms are like new and very clean. The location is right in heart of St. Augustine and price is reasonable for this location. Great staff.
