This property is 20 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the pool. This relaxing townhome sits in the center of the community with friendly neighbors, and walking distance to excitement. We are 20 to 25 minutes away from Ponte Vedra Beach. A 10-minute drive to The Pavilion at Durbin Park, and an 8 minute walk to great restaurants and shopping.

Upstairs has 2 beautifully furnished bedrooms with queen beds. Each with their own full bathroom. There is also a queen-sized blow-up bed for an extra guest, if needed. Plenty of closet space and all essentials needed for the beginning of your stay.
