The newly renovated suite combines history with all the modern comforts for a truly unique experience. This pet friendly rental includes: Two bedrooms, full bath, kitchenette, office & sitting room.

Perfect cozy apartment
I cannot say enough positive things about this small, but very cozy apartment. We have family in the area and it is so nice to have a place to stay with our dog. It was the perfect size for my husband, myself, and our medium sized dog. The place was very clean, cozy, great outdoor space, and the owner had so many nice touches to make you feel welcome. The best perk was the very friendly kitty who lived next door! Also great location to walk into Springville. We will definitely book again the next time we come to visit our family.

Wonderful Historic Property
We had an amazing vacation! The location of the depot was so convenient to restaurants, shopping and all the outdoor activities we wanted to do. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our family. Valerie was amazing and accommodating and you can tell she really cared about making sure her guests had everything they needed. She went above and beyond with personal touches as well. This was an amazing trip.
