The outside door coming into main hallway needs to have a slow closing device put on the door so it doesnt slam the wall at all hours of the night . We were in room 144 @it was very very loud all night with people coming in at all hours .
The only reason for 4 stars on the last two was that they were doing renovations, but the stay was great, very clean inside, friendly staff. Great stop, I would definitely recommend.
The rooms are great in size and amenities, as well as being very clean. The only negatives I have are the first floor fire door to the stairwell at one end of the hotel slams with full force. Having a little cushioning or fixing it so it closes slowly like its second floor counterpart would make the downstairs rooms peaceful. The morning regular coffee urn was empty both days of both our stays, which for me made the whole breakfast buffet useless. Seems they could keep a loaded urn ready to swap in as a simple fix.
Room was clean. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Ice machine was broken. Try to get a 2nd floor room, we were on the 1st floor and could here every footstep of the people in the room above us.
