Overall loved our stay! Room was clean, staff were friendly and the area around it was decent! Only issue we had, just a personal issue, the room was on the smaller side. Nothing to complain about but something to be mindful of if you decide to book! Will definitely stay here again, regardless!

They have the best food. Had entree's while we waited to go to an appointment. Very good and fast. Also, love how comfortable the bed is. What mattress and pillows are they?

The Hotel is newly remodeled and comfortable, with a convenient restaurant in the lobby. Rooms are small, but well laid out so you don't feel like you don't have enough space.

Fridge didn’t work, light didn’t work, shower goes all over the floor. Moved to another room for second night and no top sheet on the bed. Overall, subpar hotel. Springfield has a lot to choose from. Don’t choose this one.
