The water pressure in the shower is very soft, the water temperature was cold, there’s little to no storage/closet space, housekeeping never came once during my stay, and the walls were thin. We could hear the kids at all times of the day

Wonderful hotel! Clean snd new!
This hotel was so clean and new! I had to come to the city for a memorial service for my sister at a college she worked at. It was a hard trip to take! The hotel made things much easier for me! Definitely a great value for what I received. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. Temperature was perfect for sleeping.

The walls are thin. I did not sleep all night my neighbors TV kept me awake coupled with the kids running around the halls until 11 PM. For what I paid this place was the worse.

Room was clean and good breakfast! Downside was that I could hear my neighbor snoring all night. Even with the room fan on Good location with many food and shopping options.

Very clean, modern, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. It was perfect for our visit to the area for Smith College's parent weekend (I waited too long to make lodging reservations and couldn't get anything closer to Northampton). There was minimal storage for clothing (i.e., no dresser) but that wasn't an issue for just a weekend trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel for 6 flags
The hotel is modern design. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, included also self nade pancakes. We also used the laundry machine (operated by quarters). We went to the Six Flags park that was 15-20 minutes driving.

Great place ask for the back of the hotel as hwy 90 is there. Minimal things in room like coffee but in the lobby 24/7
