I had a 3 day stay. The toilet ran every 20-30. I had to turn the tv on to drown out the noise. The day i checked inn, several homeless people approached me asking for money. There was one cursing and trying to start a fight with an empty car. On the 2nd night it was cool outside to where i needed to turn on the heater. It smelled so bad like someone pissed in the radiator. It had such a disgusting odor i had to shut it off and just endure the cold. It reminded me of what a nursing home sometimes smells. Even though I was in the end room, you could hear doors slamming until the wee hours. I did inform the front desk twice about the toilet running all the time as well as the odor. I'll not stay at the hotel again.

There was roaches in our room but even more so they put us next to a person with a really loud dog that kept waking all three of our babies up all night long so it was really hard to get any sleep or get the kids back to sleep cuz it seems like every time we did we got woke back up

Where to begin… hotels.com should pay me for staying there. “Gym”-out of order, no towels in the room, no drain plug for the dirty bathtub, and there was dog feces tracked on the floor in our room. Housekeeping did not respond as promised. Multiple large dogs were roaming without leashes and the scent of weed was enough to give you the munchies. No worries, the smoke detector was wrapped up in a Walmart bag. Breakfast was a joke. I had to repair and rig the locks on the door because the dead bolt did not have a lever to turn and the swing latch at the top of the door was loose. Three of the four screws were stripped. I wore my pistol the entire visit. The refrigerator was unplugged and the switch to change the temperature was missing. There was condoms in the grass, crackheads all around, but I did get hollered at across the parking lot by some loser so there is that, I guess he thought I was pretty…( insert eye roll.) Hotels.com should remove that dump from the listing. Now I need to go get a shot of penicillin for staying there.

The walls were thin, without any tv we, couldn't drown out what sounded like someone's honeymoon. Lots of things needed work around the property but looked like they'd just started working on it. Breakfast was somewhat ok, but the apple juice wasn't apple juice. Best part of the stay was the lady that checked us in, if I knew her name id mention it. Oh the room was clean, just no tv and the recliner was broken.

We had very loud people in the room next to us that appeared to be staying long term. Their dog barked and whined all night. The room was filthy, the sheets and duvet were stained. The hallways smelled like dog urine and our friends witnessed a dog peeing in the hallway. When we went to leave there was dog poop on the carpet in the hallway. It was disgusting and I do not recommend anyone (especially if you have allergies) staying here even for one night.

the evening check in person was freindlt and wanted to help, The morning people were not ,didn't care if you were their or not. Need a microwave in breakfast area, had oatmeal in pack for microwave but had to take back to room to cook. Juice machine didn't work either.
