I loved the decor. The room was nice and clean but needs updating. Staff were very nice. The free breakfast was good but could use a little variety each day it was the same every day.

I’m a stickler for cleanliness. I noticed the space between the bed & nightstand, the space between the nightstand & wall. & behind the nightstand needs special attention of vacuum in these spaces.

Springfield visit
Overnight stay on the way to Chicago. Hotel staff friendly. Property located near many restaurants. Also right next to a Walmart. Visited Abraham Lincoln museum which was most impressive.

Our bedding had stains on it, the elevator was clearly broken (but in use), the whole floor and our room smelled like marijuana, neighbors were up all night above us jumping around and making tons of noise, our sink wouldn't drain & the base was held together by duct tape.
