Overall a good place to stay for the price. Biggest issue (if I would call it that) would be the old laundry facilities and a staff member that was not the most polite. But all in all not a bad stay.

Springfield weekend getaway.
We had a great stay. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was good and had a nice selection. The front desk clerks were cheerful and efficient. There was an issue at check-in. There was one person in front of us but it appeared the clerk was not waiting on her. After about 10 minutes another clerk came back and the first clerk said to her the system was stuck on the reservation of the woman in front of us so she went to another terminal. They were able to resolve the issue. It just would have been nice if they told us why it appeared as if we were all standing there and the clerk wasn't checking anyone in. The parking lot is down the side street and across the street and it is free. You can walk to see the thunderbird's or to a restaurant on Main Street or to the museums. We spent the day at the museums and didn't get to see it all. Definitely worth visiting.
