No Wi-Fi for more than 24 hours and was not told when it would be restored. Staff at the reception are indifferent.

Staff was courteous and helpful . Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was adequate. Decor is very dated, Furniture and carpet are worn, torn and stained.
This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. I liked the breakfast. It was well attended to and the lady in charge of it was very nice.
The room was clean and ready.
I highly recommend the strawberry waffles for breakfast!
This Hampton Inn is great, staff was friendly, it was clean and the breakfast was delicious. My only complaint is that I booked a room with 2 queen beds but had a King instead. There weren’t any rooms to switch to but it wasn’t too big of an inconvenience.
We brought our grandkids on a trip, the room was roomy and comfortable. Got a great surprise with free taco bar for supper. Kids definitely enjoyed the pool
Very nice facilities and staff. Thank you. A note to corporate on pet policy.Responsible pet owners as we are and many others alike will leave your facilities nicer than when we arrived. Therefore a $50 fee seems quite unreasonable. After our visit as pet owner it would be a good practice to refund a good portion of this fee back to your patrons after inspecting and witnessing the overall cleanliness of the room. The fees when adding up on a week long trip can add up to be more than toundtrip airfare. Thank you.
Disgusting hotel do I need to say more poor manage
Disgusting bedding. The room hadn't been cleaned properly and there was mold behind the bed and between the table of the beds. The staff didn't do anything for us. I asked for a call back from the manager left my phone number no call back. I sent an email out once I got him to the manager did not get a response yet. Feeling very disgusted.
The bedding was staying with some kind of yellow whatever I don't even want to know what it was. I pulled the bedding took it to the front desk. Upon finding the bed in bad condition I started looking around the hotel room. I found mold behind the bed behind the end next to the center table between the beds bathroom door had stains on it hairs on the floor in the bathroom in the corner mold growing in the vent and underneath the toilet. This place was disgusting. It was our second stay I guess I was too tired to inspect the first stay. Feeling disgusted
