This hotel is in the midst of a major renovation. While the lobby and restaurant are not yet complete, the rooms have been renovated and are very clean and contemporary. The bathrooms are updated and the beds are very comfy. The hotel is very centrally located in Springdale with easy access to many restaurants and the shuttle bus, which is a must as Zion visitor center parking is nearly impossible to come by in Sept high season. The pool is very nice and large with newer, modern lounge seating. There is a large hot tub that could use a vacuuming (some pebbles and sand accumulated) but is a nice way to recover from a long day of hiking.

The restaurant was under construction so this was disappointing. Also, the rooms were very nice but LOUD. We could hear doors slamming and people walking around throughout the night. Aside from that, it’s a clean property in a great location.

Air-conditioning loud and didn’t cool properly. Room stayed at around 76 degrees with the window closed and there were four of us. Temp was too hot to sleep comfortably and the air-conditioning made too much noise. (We left it on in vain, hoping it would work) But on the upside, the nice assortment of USB outlets and regular plug outlets was a welcome difference from the average hotel. Very clean and comfortable beds. Nice lotion and soap.

I was a little upset with the hotel. The hotel did not have a heated pool it did not have a brunch for breakfast ( box breakfast). I was told everything should be open in November 2024. I feel it was miss represented. For the amount of money I spent it should have been clear on the amenities
