Great Stay with Comfortable Rooms
I recently stayed here and was pleasantly surprised by how well-kept the property is. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. My room was clean and modern, featuring a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom had clearly been updated recently, giving it a fresh, contemporary look. The shower was particularly nice, with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. Overall, my experience was very positive. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the amenities met all my needs for a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We booked the hotel for our outing at Carowinds Amusement Park! Great location! We didn’t have far to walk or drive over to the park! The room was very clean, neat, with lots of space to mo e around! Awesome two night stay!!

The bathroom needs a ventilation system. Family members slipped when going in the bathroom twice. Our items placed in the bathroom were damp. The wallpapers is peeling off in several places due to moisture. This will eventually lead to mold!

Nothing special about this hotel. For the $
I stayed here for location next to Carowinds. Next time i will not stay here. Lady gave me key card. Didn't really explain much about hotel.. theres only elevators at front.. the parking is on side of hotel. Bathrooms is separated with sink and toilet together. Then sink and shower. Just weird. Pool is very small, guess they think you will not use it. No. Ac in hallways on 5th floor. No safe in rooms. I think the design of this hotel wasn't great. Convenience of walking to park but I will stay somewhere cheaper and drive to park next time. They really should have a lift service to front gate for the $ of rooms.

Very friendly staff and room was very clean. The hallways were clean and smelled clean. Beds were comfortable. Only issue was lack of plumbing maintenance. The tub spout was falling out of the wall and sink leaked at the base. If these things aren't corrected it could cause water damage if it's not already too late. Breakfast was pretty good.

I usually love going to Springhill Suites but this one took it over the top. The rooms were extremely clean, staff was polite, breakfast was better than most. We had the convenience of being across the street from Carowinds and that was even better. I would definitely book again.

My over all stay the hotel was a nice hotel very quiet. Beds were extremely comfortable. The front desk staff very nice and friendly. They offered breakfast in the mornings very good breakfast. We had a little bit of a problem with a door constantly getting stuck when closing it and trying to open it but other than that can’t complain. There was a pool on property and bar and sitting area to hang out at night. Which was great. One odd thing I did find funny was you had one room where the toilet and sink where and then another room with a sink and shower. That was weird

Everything was above board service wise, room was clean and tidy. The only disappointment was the air-conditioning unit was right beside the bed,blowing on it, no airflow direction adjustments Terrible room design decision
