Greta stay and very nice staff
Went to winterfest with my family of 6 and another family of 6 for winterfest. Overall great hotel for 2 young families. Breakfast was nice, too. But there is an older Black bahamian lady (who was supposed to be out on vacay) who was so kimd, loving, and helpful to my family and to me. Would highly recommend. Also, if you’re going to carowinds you can get a free parking pass (if you don't want to walk), just request at the front.

No free wifi
The "free wifi" is not available unless I register as a member, which I didn't want to because I have too many memberships already. The TV mount on the wall was off from the bed, I have to crank my head to watch even the TV was pulled out and turned to my side. The one good thing about the hotel is that it is close to Carowinds, I would walk there in 10 minutes, and the path is well-lit.

We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to Carowinds. It deserves 5 stars. The hotel is very clean, the employees are very friendly, the breakfast was complete and delicious. It is fantastic because you can walk around the park and leave your vehicle at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much and had a pleasant rest.
