We didn’t have any hot water in the shower, half of the plug ins and lights didn’t work, the bed was awful, and the maids left water in the ice bucket and it was all dirty. We’ve stayed here before and it was good, after this time we won’t be back which is a bummer.

The double queen room has enough space for a couch and a desk. The sliding bathroom door is translucent, with the opening centered on the beds, so the bright bathroom light woke me when my wife used the bathroom in the middle of the night. No one told us there is this slot to the right of the room door that you have to put your key in to turn on the rooms outlets. In addition, our first set of rooms keys didn’t work, so we had to go back to the lobby to get new keys. Asks, their mobile key system wasn’t working. The room does include a hot breakfast buffet.

Very nice for an airport hotel! Did not even hear any airplanes. The room was very spacious and comfortable. My only issue was the bathroom trash had not been emptied and there was no body wash in the shower dispenser. The breakfast very good! The front desk people were so kind and welcoming!

The staff here are awesome, and the rooms are very comfortable. People have been hard on them especially the impaired rooms with automatic blinds. They need better posted instructions, especially next to the window, directing people to the controls. That said, I always stay here when flying in late or taking off early. Great place, and so easy to walk right across the street to fly.

Banff Trip
Great hotel just be sure that you get your parking ticket validated before you leave the parking lot. The Hotel is an easy walk to the airport terminal. The breakfast was very good. Room was clean and spacious.

The lady that checked us in was very nice. We were only there for the night and she gave us options for around the area to eat. Our room was pretty clean. We had an early flight out and we were leaving before breakfast started at 7am. I asked the gentleman at desk at 540 if we could get some breakfast before we left for our flight and he went back and grabbed us some food so we could eat before we got to the airport. It was a pretty standard continental breakfast. You cannot beat the convenance factor here if you’re staying the night for the airport. The car rental return is probably 1500 ft. away from the hotel property.
