Stay here once a month for business. The Past two times they gave me key cards to rooms already occupied. This past time opening the door and someone was in bed sleeping. Terrified both of us. To happen once is bad enough but twice in 2 months? Will not be returning

I travel once a month to Spokane and I love this hotel. However my past two stays have been a problem. Both times when I checked in and received my key card they were to an already occupied room. This past week I opened the door and actually woke up someone. Scared both of us. Totally unacceptable. They have lost my business. My monthly trips will be to a different hotel
