I travel once a month to Spokane and I love this hotel. However my past two stays have been a problem. Both times when I checked in and received my key card they were to an already occupied room. This past week I opened the door and actually woke up someone. Scared both of us. Totally unacceptable. They have lost my business. My monthly trips will be to a different hotel

Parking lot is controlled by a ticketed gate system. Keep your ticket with you for check in then use it to come and go, both enter and exit the lot. The place is new and right across the street from the airport baggage claim area. Typical hotel breakfast was convenient but no restaurant otherwise. A bar in the lobby is staffed, and a small store has travel items such as Dramamine, beverages, and snacks.

We didn’t have any hot water in the shower, half of the plug ins and lights didn’t work, the bed was awful, and the maids left water in the ice bucket and it was all dirty. We’ve stayed here before and it was good, after this time we won’t be back which is a bummer.
