The room offered all the necessities, was very clean, and comfortable. Check-in was super fast and efficient. There are several eating establishments within walking distance. After midnight the people in the next room got very loud and obnoxious keeping us awake. I called the desk about 2:15am and asked that they be contacted to quiet down. The response was immediate. Within 20 minutes the police had removed the offending guests from the property. (As we suspected there were illegal activities taking place.) In the morning the owner apologized and offered a refund of our payment. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
This was our third time staying at this hotel under this name (we stayed once before when it was under different ownership), and it will absolutely be our LAST! While this was never the nicest of hotels, it was at least passible for a couple nights while in town visiting family. However, this stay was awful. The check-in was via a kiosk without an actual human being present in the office. This impersonal process really put us off from the very start. Then, when we got to the room we found that there was a dirt stain on our bedsheet (in a very clear and visible location). Additionally the curtains weren't even long enough to fully close over the windows and block out all of the lights. There was no garbage bag in the garbage can nor a bag for the ice container.
These problems all add onto the other general issues with the hotel such as poor parking, sub-par mattresses, noise, etc. I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
The hotel was unattended. Check-in was through a remote kiosk - the person was polite but hard to understand, and the interface was difficult. The room had many issues - heater made a very loud grinding sound, and several controls did not work, light in bathroom was out, so dark showers, shower only came up to my armpits. Someone from an India call center called my cell at 11:23 PM to verify information that I had already provided about my car. Ridiculous! I did not stay the extra day I booked.
Room was absolutely filthy. Bathroom had not been cleaned. Literally poop all over the toilet. And shower clearly not been cleaned either. The heater sounded like it had parts ready to come apart. Seriously thought it might explode at any time. This property should seriously be ashamed of the condition of the room. Considering working with my CC to recover the cost.
Checking and out was via a computer screen with a remotely located person. Lot's of noise into the early am hours from the traffic and race cars on the main street close by.
No person on site at check-in. Done via video in lobby. If this is the future, you can keep it. Area around hotel a little sketchy. Did have mini fridge and microwave in unit. Ok value for money.

Property was somewhat run down. And it was weird checking in with a guy on a screen. In the end our stay went better than we had expected. The to go breakfasts were adequate and staff the 2nd day was friendly.
Check in via the kiosk was an unpleasant experience. Attend was professional, however, the system was awkward and time consuming.

Firstly, this is not a hotel like Expedia advertises. It is a motel. Also I would not consider it 3 star like Expedia advertises. More like the 2 star the hotel itself lists as on its own website. No staff on site - you check in via camera. The positives. Check in and out were efficient. The hotel room itself is very clean and the flooring is better than carpet. Central location. Now for the negatives. The property is run down. The water in the shower was warm, not hot enough by far. The tap dripped constantly in the tub. The blow-dryer blew cold air only. Bring your own as it does not work to blow dry hair with cold air.. The police were on site across the street dealing with a homeless camp the morning I woke up. Given there are no staff on site maybe not the safest location. But there were security patrols..
Computer used checkin but poor directing cues.
Room was cold and took hits to warm up and raised thermostat to 78. The bed had very thin blanket and even thinner bedspread. I will never stay there again. I have some medical procedures coming up but will look elsewhere.
It was a good stay for just the night. The virtual front desk host was strange - it worked fine though. There were some discrepancies from Expedia versus the Check-In, like how much the damage deposit was and what the Check-In and Check-Out times were
