Loved the fact I could relax & not worry about the cleanliness of the room or anything. Food was great for breakfast. Only thing I really noticed was the tub needs to be refinished with porcelain. It’s worn through & rust is appearing. We were in a pet friendly room so I expected wear, but haven’t encountered bedspread to be showing pulls & threads & a wear spot in the carpet. Other than that, the room was great.

Overall very happy with stay. Exceptional amount of traffic noise Friday night. Seemed to tunnel right down from area not blocked by wing of hotel. Also, Wi-Fi was not as good in the past….unknown if we were too far from front desk area Otherwise happy

The room was clean, beds comfortable and enough space that we didn't feel like we were tripping over each other. The breakfast was better than expected. I would easily have paid for the breakfast and been happy. The fact it was included was excellent.

Wonderful breakfast, pool & hot tub available, in room microwave & fridge (they fixed the noisy fridge when I checked out…it was a long night!). I could hear the work trucks when they left very early in the morning with their backup beepers. No sleeping in.

The place was very nice. Pool rather shallow. Employees nice and friendly. Expedia was deceptive, which made for a negative feeling on my part. They pretend that they are giving you the full cost including all fees and taxes, and then $20 is added on. That made the price the same as all the other booking sites. So, I'll not use Expedia again.

This should have been a 5 star review because the facility and rooms are great, but the elderly woman with the short hair was just not friendly from checking in to every other interaction, service is not that hard.

We love to come here, great breakfast, hot cookies in the lobby each evening, comfy beds, fluffy towels. We stay here frequently and always enjoy the pool and hot tub . However this time the hot tub was out of order , so if that’s a deal breaker for you check beforehand to be sure that it is in working order.

The staff was great and very helpful. However, the property is located on a very busy street. Ingress and egress were a bit of a problem for us. Breakfasts were very good.

The room was decent size and clean. The breakfast options are plentiful and tasty. Staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is in a safe area of Spokane. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Spokane.
