Will stay here again!
Our stay was easy and perfect! Front desk staff was all sooooo nice and accomodating. The room was clean and beds were super comfortable. Here for a wrestling tournament and location was excellent to The Podium. One thing was that we would recommend going somewhere else for breakfast, but overall will definitely stay here when we come to Spokane.

Hotel was nice, no issues. Huge room. Area around hotel mostly a closed down buildings. Right by shelter & feeding location for houseless. Some unsavory people laying around & roaming nearby. I mean those on drugs or very intoxicated. Too bad there was almost nowhere to eat nearby or anything to do walking in neighborhood.

I have stayed here a few times and I do because the building is so neat and the beds are soooo comfortable and clean! I love this place! However, it is in an area that has a lot of homeless community around and only off street parking which is limited especially on weekends! There is valet parking, but at $30 a day…it’s a bit much. Everyone who works there is great, but the front desk usually only has one person working. That’s pretty frustrating at times when there are several people needing to check in. Overall, I suggest it because of the cleanliness, the comfortable beds and the proximity to everything.
