Very clean, nice facilities and friendly staff. All the staff I encountered were so friendly and polite. Breakfast staff were very courteous and friendly, offered my children a sucker after their breakfast. Front desk staff were always courteous and helpful. One of my favorite stays in Spokane yet.

Usually great, mostly great, but....
We really like this hotel & almost always choose it in Spokane. Staff is friendly, breakfast is great, fitness center is nice. I'm frustrated this trip b/c we returned to our room and it had been serviced. My $90 make up palette that was fine when we left is now damaged and won't close. No note or explanation of what happened.
