HORRIBLE
DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE!!My family arrived at the property and followed the check in instructions. We went up to our unit and found that the unit had never been cleaned after the previous tenants! The bed had dirty bedding and was unmade, as if someone had just gotten out of bed. The bathroom had hair in the sink and on the counter. The kitchen had dirty towels, food in the sink and the garbage can was full! I immediately called the host and messaged them through VRBO. The host would not answer my calls and would not communicate with us. I replaced the key in the lock box and had to go find a hotel!! I still have not gotten a response from the host!! I was able to get through to VRBO and they are assisting with a refund. Absolutely a horrible experience!!

A week in Spokane
Overall the apartment was great, my only two criticisms are when we arrived late at night I could not get in by the front door. Which has since been fixed. And there is nothing nearby, such as restaurants or other shopping places. The apartment is new, and in great condition, with a walking path along the river in the back. Each apartment has one dedicated parking spot. This place is very quiet and the front desk is manned for the most of the day.

Stressful Check-in
Not only were we given the wrong info regarding our rental unit and had our unit switched 1 hr before check- in, we retrieved the wrong key so we were locked out until almost 7:30pm. (Check-in is 4pm) We tried calling host, but no luck so we decided to use the wrong key for a unit we didn’t sign for and stayed the 2 days. Glasses were all dirty and Sandy. 3 toys were found in unit from other renters. No extra blanket. We were asked for photos of our passports and drivers licenses after booking which was something we didn’t expect and caused some concern for us because of scammers out there. Overall communication was terrible. The host never did contact us back after 2 calls and several messages.
