We were given 2 rooms on 3rd floor, but when we got up there, a maintenance crew had machines & cords in hallway and our rooms' carpeting had been just shampooed and were still very wet. The maintenance man said the entire floor was shut down ; we couldn't have any 3rd floor room. Front desk clerk said Maintenance weren't supposed to be on that floor; they were working on the wrong floor. At that point we said, 'Just cancel our reservation, refund our money', and we left. Very disappointing. I am hoping Expedia will refund me what i paid them for my resvn.

This hotel was recently updated, the property was clean, rooms comfortable and centrally located. Very comfortable bed! Parking garage was a bonus.

I stay here most of the time I need to stay in Spokane. It’s affordable and clean. Beds are comfortable and staff is always courteous. The parking is a tight fit and limited. If you have to park in the garage you have to walk up a steep ramp and around to get into the hotel.

Unfortunately the downtown Spokane homeless population has grown significantly. Not your fault but the property is right in the middle of it.

Bed bugs! I should them to the stafe, I took pictures, and pictures of the bits, I am still recovering with bandages from the bites, also the bedding had not been washed as there were stains in the sheets from the bed bugs.

This is the place I go when I come to Spokane! Not only is the staff amazing. They go above and beyond if they can. At night if you go outside for a smoke and staff see you. They will casually walk to make sure no one bothers you. Very much appreciated when you a woman alone.

The downtown area is pretty insanely noisey. Not much they can do about it as it isn't hotel staff in charge of the noise, but it did make for challenging sleep.
