The west entrance leads to a vast garden, an olive tree hill, and a swimming pool area with sunbeds and umbrellas on the 750 sq.m. plot. For additional relaxation in the villa there is a jacuzzi.

The first floor features a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet, offering stunning sea and city views. The bathroom includes both a shower and a bath.
