THE HOME


Once you enter this spacious home, the main landing offers access to the open concept first living room and kitchen. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and comfortable seating invites your guests to gather and make memories. A small breakfast table offers seating for 4.


On one side of the living room, a set of sliding doors leads to the grand living room which houses another seating area, flat-screen TV, the formal dining table with seating for 7, and doors that lead out to the sweeping back patio.


On the other side of the first living room, sliding doors lead to the primary suite where you’ll enjoy a King bed, built-in workspace, patio access, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanities.


Downstairs, Bedroom 2 features a Queen bed, patio access, and shares the guest bathroom in the hall (with a shower/tub combo). Bedroom 3 offers a Queen bed, patio access, and private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Finally, Bedroom 4 (the Bunkhouse) features two sets of Full over Full bunk beds and two Twin beds in the loft. This room also features a ping pong table and patio access.


The sweeping patio offers covered outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, outdoor dining table, and hammock on the upper level as well as a swing and uncovered outdoor seating on the lower level.


This home offers extremely limited water access as you must climb up/down a steep 180-step staircase (as seen in the outdoor images toward the end of the photo gallery). Please note that you must be extremely cautious if you choose to utilize this staircase and it will be challenging to climb up OR down.


This property also offers access to a community pool and pickle ball court. Additional HOA rules apply to these community areas which can be found in a frame located in the home’s pantry.


A laundry room with washer and dryer is available for guests.

* This is NOT a party residence. The home is best suited to families, families with young children, family reunion, business travelers, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. If a party is thrown during your stay, your reservation will be quickly terminated. 

* Per residential regulations, outdoor activity is prohibited between 10 PM and 7 AM. All guests must move indoors between that time, no exceptions.

* Please note, this property does not have direct access to the lake.

* Come to get away from it all, not to browse on your laptop. There is basic wifi but, please note, the home is in a remote location and the signal is not the best. 

* Up to (8) vehicles may be parked in the driveway. Please do NOT park on the street or in front of any neighboring homes.

Good Stay
Overall the stay was good. The property was clean and the home was beautiful. The only two issues we faced were: no propane in the outdoor grill (so we had to pay for a refill out of pocket - request to property management was never actioned), and the gate access code to enter the neighborhood was incorrect. Other than that the stay was good.
