This apartment is the ground level for our private residence (we live up stairs but rarely here.) It has a mini split Heat and AC unit as well as a stocked mini kitchen included. The full bath is a handicapped bath with a full tub/shower combo. It is very quiet here between Sparta NC and Independence Va

Small But Mighty
A spur of the moment trip with my mom turned out to be the perfect spot for a long weekend. This little efficiency is clean, has everything one could need with a fully stocked kitchenette, spacious bathroom, a cozy bed (a double, snuggle up if you're not alone) and a covered patio to enjoy the outside. Convenient to Sparta, NC and Independence/Galax, VA and very near a river access. The owner was very responsive and communication was great. I would definitely choose to stay here again if traveling alone or with one other person.

Wedding day stay
Staying for a wedding.. was able to check in early and made the wedding on time !!!! And it was 7 min drive to Winter Wood !!!!
