The Space:

The entrance of this home is a picturesque glimpse of South Florida. The large and quaint trees and well-kept landscaping welcome you in. When you step inside, to the right is the living room. With two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and a T.V., the living room is a homey spot to hang out with the group.

Just past the living room is the spacious and practical kitchen, equipped with all the essentials and then some! The kitchen features upgraded stainless steel appliances, generous counter space for preparing a meal, and a window that looks into the backyard.

Right next to the kitchen is a half-bathroom. Make your way to the dining room table with seating for six! The dining area opens up into a second living room, which features a piano, a large and cozy sofa, and a beautiful window that allows natural light into the space, making it airy and bright.

Head up the stairs and see the first of three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a cottage feel to it. The rattan and wood decor creates a welcoming and tranquil environment to relax and unwind in. Open up the doors for some fresh air, or step outside on the deck with your morning coffee! The deck has a table with four seats.

The primary bedroom also has an en suite bathroom. This clean and crisp bathroom features a standing shower, a double-sink vanity, and a spacious closet.

In the hallway leading to the rest of the bedrooms, you'll find a full-bathroom with a standing shower, a circular vanity mirror, and an under-the-sink drawer with some essentials. The second bedroom is another beautifully decorated room with wood accents and calm, understated decor. Enjoy a queen bed, generous closet space, and access to the deck! The third bedroom features two twin beds with matching bedding sets as well as a work-from-home space.

The beautiful garden backyard is the ideal place to read a book, enjoy quality time with family and friends, or just get swept away by the peaceful nature. Hang out on the outdoor swing, or enjoy a meal at the bench. Right next to the bench is a grill, as well as a ceiling fan for hot Florida days!

Nestled in the breathtaking backyard is a hammock, for those who like to take a nap in between the trees! This backyard continues to get more special the farther you walk--you'll find a small garden gazebo with seats towards the back of the outdoor oasis.

The Neighborhood:

Southwest Ranches, FL is a suburb of Fort Lauderdale. The rural feel of Southwest Ranches combined with its proximity to every South Florida attraction makes it an ideal place to vacation if you're looking for a location nearby all the happenings but removed from the fast-paced city lifestyle. Southwest Ranches is somewhat of a Southeast Florida “wild west”--with it's long tradition of horseback riding, farming, and wildlife, this town is unlike other South Florida suburbs. It's uniqueness is preserved and celebrated to this day, with the slogan “Preserve Our Rural Lifestyle” that includes “donkeys braying, roosters crowing, and no sidewalks”, according to the town's website. You can feel comfortable traveling via RV or parking your boat in this neighborhood hassle-free.
Enjoy great nearby parks, like Markham Park (18 minutes away), Everglades Holiday Park (11 minutes away), and Vista View Park (5 minutes away). Each of these parks offers something different: Markham has a butterfly garden, a dog park, and several pavilions for a shaded picnic, and the best mountain biking in South Florida. Everglades Holiday Park has airboat tours that are suitable for any age, and Vista View has elevation you don't often find in South Florida to train for your triathlons!

This home is about 35 minutes away from Dania Beach. Enjoy the sun, sand, and the Atlantic Ocean at this family-friendly beach. If you're certified, you may be interested in scuba diving in the Dania Beach Erojacks, located inside Dr, Von D Mitzell Johnson State Park. Or, for other underwater adventures, head to John U. Lloyd state park and snorkel at the north end to see the beginning of a reef that runs south all the way to the Keys! There are also several places to rent equipment, from snorkeling gear to paddleboards, surfboards, and more.

As for dining nearby, you've got options! If you spent the day at Dania Beach and you're looking for dining, shopping, and bars, check out Dania Pointe, which is only a few minutes from the beach. Here you'll find a plethora of restaurants, cuisines, bars, and even the Dania Improv comedy club. Casual restaurants include: Bento, BurgerFi, and Lime. Just a bit more upscale options are Cooper's Hawk, Firebirds, and In Ramen. The most quintessential and Instagram-famous restaurant at Dania Point, however, is 14 North. Dania Pointe's website describes it as “more than just an elevated new island bar and restaurant - it's an escape from the daily grind. A place where the hustle stops. The pace slows down. And troubles are left at the door.”

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
*Firemaking is not allowed at the property*

This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $150, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
Pool heating fee is available for $30 per night.
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.

Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

Cleanliness:

This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Late Checkout:

Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Internet/Cable:

The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.

Copyright Infringement:

Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.

Starter Supplies:
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items
