The Pines - Southwest Harbor Maine

The Pines is nestled in the woods just across the street from the Causeway Club in Southwest Harbor, ME. A great getaway location, with the Causeway Club’s public golf course just across the street and adjacent to the club’s tennis (Har-Tru) and pickleball courts on either side of the house. It is less than a mile from town, shopping, restaurants, museums, A short (~10 min) walk to Acadia National Park mountain hiking trails. Short drives to Bar Harbor, Northeast Harbor, Bass Harbor, whale watching, fishing, and Acadia National Park carriage roads.
The Pines is a single level 3-bedroom, two-bath home. It has a large open living and dining room with lots of windows, a fireplace, and access to an expansive outdoor deck with a gas grill. The Pines is a perfect setting for entertaining, enjoying outdoor dining, relaxing by the fire, or on the deck. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of counter space. Off the kitchen is a pantry and washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a private bath with a shower stall and a king bed. The master bedroom has sliding doors to the deck. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and work from home space.
Rentals are seasonal, June thru September with a 2-week minimum stay, Sunday 3 PM to Saturday 10 AM. - giving the owners time to thoroughly disinfect the house between rentals.
Note: to preserve your quiet enjoyment, the adjacent tennis, and pickleball courts are only in use between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.
