Discover this fabulous 3-bedroom gem in Southold. This house features 1 king bed & 4 twin beds, perfect for a comfortable stay. An additional space with 1 queen bed and 1 full bed provides extra room for everyone. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower and bathtub, guests can relax and unwind. Enjoy your morning coffee in the screened in porch or our new extra large kitchen island, walk to our private community bay beach in minutes, use one of our bikes for a ride, or take the baby for a walk in the stroller provided. Stop into beautiful Southold town (5 min drive) and sample all of the local goods and restaurants, or visit one of the many farm stands.

Walk to private beach at the end of the block. NEW In-ground pool with extra large party deck. Minutes to Vineyards and Breweries. The Kitchen was fully renovated in 2021 and is fully equipped with all new appliances and extra large island. The in-ground pool was installed in 2021 with an extended deck to accommodate larger parties. Outside on the spacious deck, in addition to the dining table, we have a screened in area for lounging, a ceiling fan and in the summer months, an outdoor TV for sports or movie nights. We also have a 3 burner gas grill with attached propane tank. The main bathroom was also fully renovated in 2021. Enjoy 2 adult bikes (2 with baby seats), a smaller boys bike, and a girls bike. We have 4 beach chairs, multiple umbrellas, a pop up cabana, and a cart for transporting chairs and toys. Also for use is a jogging stroller, 2 kayaks with 2 adult life jackets and two children's.

Enjoy all that Southold has to offer when you stay at our place. In the heart of wine country, 10 minutes to Greenport!

During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Croteaux Vineyards. A kitchen and 2 bathrooms are available in the vacation home.
