    Money taken upfront but cancelled day of arrival
    Paid in advance for 2 bedroom apartment for 3 nights. Tried to make contact night before check in but no response. Then told whilst half way there, a few hours before arriving, that our stay had been cancelled due to apartment damage from previous guest. Was given a refund but was already on my way with family and pet in car and this left us in very difficult situation. Was offered 1 bedroom for one night but at a cost. Think we should have been accododated for the one night at no cost considering. Ended up paying to stay somewhere else and as it was short notice paid £170 extra and not in location we wanted.

    Excellent Stay
    The apartment was very clean and roomy. It was in a very good location, very close to the town centre and only a 10 minute walk from the seafront. The only thing I would change would be curtains in the bedroom over the blinds.
