Quiet,clean and had what we needed.not a 5star hotel but nice for the price.
The check-in procedure and information is impressive. We received email and code confirmation in good time and the instructions were clear. On arrival we felt unsafe and property looked unkept. We already decided not to stay. We entered the property to check if the inside was as photographed on Expedia. The interior and location of property is not as presented online; on road parking, off main road, untidy exterior, unsafe area, smell in property, interior not fresh and tired, bedding creased and uninviting, The photos online shows bright, fresh and modern property. This does not present what you see in reality. We were very disappointed when we saw the property and had not choice but to leave. This property is not a 3 star property but a 1 star property. The lady was unaccommodating when we called and argued with us and refused a refund. If this property looked like these pictures we would be happy to have stayed in this property. Misrepresenting your product for in this manner is a dishonest.

My fault but I still expected somebody to be at the address after 1500.
It is totally unmanned. If you do not have a phone to receive the code for the outer door and your room, you are in trouble. I do not have a phone and it was only through the help given by 2 strangers who phoned the owners that the son turned up to let me in. He was pleasant, but the problem still is, YOU MUST HAVE A PHONE TO RECEIVE THE CODES THAT AFTERNOON
Nothing on the room (except TV) but there is a kitchen where there is a Fridge, Microwave, Tea , Chocolate etc.
If you are looking for cheaper no frills accommodation near the cruise terminals this is ideal and is in a fairly secluded spot. The entry instructions are a little confusing if you have never used this type of accommodation before. Full use of modern kitchen available. Only down side is shared bathroom not because i mind sharing its the fact that if everyone is showering 1st thing in the morning you might have to wait your turn
