This charming home is situated on a very quiet hill top acre overlooking terraced gardens, a heated pool and the Shinnecock Bay. Nestled away on a private lane just steps from a secluded beach that is perfect for walking, shelling, or watching a sunrise or sunset. On the property you will find a beautiful freestanding cedar shower, as well as a fire pit surrounded by relaxing Adirondack chairs. The pool area is composed of a flagstone terrace with a teak dining set, market umbrellas and chaise lounges. The terraced lawns and gardens provide an interesting landscape to stoll and explore for all ages. Inside you will find three tastefully decorated bedrooms, as well as spacious public rooms including a living room, dining room, family room, and a chef's kitchen with soapstone counters and Wolf/Subzero appliances. Tucked off the kitchen is the alcove which has an antique desk overlooking the bay. There is also a large recreation room with a bar, seating area and a ping pong table that accesses the front and rear gardens through twin french doors. In addition, there are two interior fireplaces that provide an enchanted setting should you encounter a crisp evening.

During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Meschutt Beach. Enjoy features like an outdoor pool. The vacation home offers a private pool and a kitchen.
