Nice property, lots of staff on hand. Very busy hotel, but quiet at night. Clean room, adequate storage space. Nice eating area with large selection of breakfast items. Not far from shops or places to eat. Very drivable to anything you may need. Wools stay here again

Reception staff really great, good check in. Car parking terrible, not enough spaces even though the car park was quite big. People smoking just outside of the doorway and cigarette ends littering the area, though ashtrays are visible, most people throw their cigarette ends on the floor. The area needs sweeping frequently, this is not a nice sight or one of the first impressions of the hotel…also not nice for non smokers to have to walk through plumes of smoke to get into the hotel. Good breakfast. Bedroom was ok but area around the beds was very tight. We had a twin, downstairs room with a shower which was convenient as one of our party had some issues around getting in a bath so it was good to have a shower cubicle.

Only one dislike and that was related to the shower. We had a disabled room and bathroom which was fab and very spacious, however the shower curtain did not reach the floor resulting in the floor getting very wet and dangerous. Other than that it was a lovely place to stay
