This well-presented 2-bedroom townhouse offers all the comforts of home, just a short stroll from the South West Rocks Country Club and a range of sporting and recreational facilities, including a golf course, skate park, lawn bowls, swimming pool, soccer fields, tennis courts, and scenic walking tracks.

The modern kitchen features plenty of bench space, while the spacious shower with easy access and separate toilet ensure convenience. Both bedrooms include built-in robes, and the fully screened rear patio provides a peaceful space to relax, overlooking bushland with direct access to walking tracks. The fully fenced yard adds to the privacy and tranquility of the property.

Parking is off-street only, as the garage is locked and unavailable.

Please Note: 'Sunny Nook' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own-sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

Welcome home
I walked into sunny nook and it felt like going back in time. I felt as if the owner could have been my mum or my aunts and they had just stepped out. It is such a welcoming warm lovely cottage, old maybe but we loved it. The little garden front and back was lovely, lots of flowers camellias covered in buds. And the back fully enclosed sunny deck. Loved it ,want to come crack soon. Walking distance to beach, sports club and town centre.
