Searching for a pet-friendly, beachside escape? Look no further! This cheerful three-bedroom property Linen not provided, featuring a separate third bedroom , offers an ideal solution for families seeking a teenager's retreat, a grandparent's hideaway, or two families wanting to holiday together.

Brand new, modern kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and a commercial grade free standing oven. A large sunny dining area and very comfortable lounge room. For your comfort there is air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Unlimited WIFI for your use.

From the lounge room you can spill out to the undercover deck and take in the view of Trial Bay and the Arakoon National Park, while you enjoy a refreshing ale and BBQ on the large hooded 6 burner gas BBQ.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fans and a television, the second bedroom also has ceiling fans, a trio bed, single bed and a spare single mattress. The third bedroom, which is not attached to the main house and located at the rear of the property, is outfitted with air conditioning, a queen bed, and a single sofa bed.

This property can sleep up to 8 guests.

Bathroom has a separate shower and bath and the toilet is next door to bathroom.

The laundry is located outside with a shower and separate toilet (this is the 2nd bathroom).

Located in the laundry is a deep freezer for storage of all your fish.

This is a pet-friendly property featuring a fenced dog run. Please note that only the dog run is fenced, not the entire yard.

Pet Friendly , however your furry friends must remain outdoors. Under no circumstances are you furry friends allowed inside.

Garage to store your bikes and fishing rods etc. there is also a refrigeration here should you require some extra fridge space.

Outdoor shower with hot and cold water to wash away the sand from the day at the beach.

Please note that sheets and towels are not supplied however can be hired for an additional fee, please contact our office and we will arrange this for you.

Great place but a few small issues
We had a great stay at Summer Salt. Just a short walk to shops and the beach, great view and the covered verandah is a lovely place to sit and take it all in. The sea breezes are awesome! My smallish dog could escape the dog area from under the “teenage retreat”, so would recommend checking that they have covered the area near the gate properly so there are no escapees! The “teenage retreat” is not attached to the house but is a separate “unit” in the backyard and the “second bathroom” is not in the house but in the laundry. Also “air conditioning throughout” is not entirely accurate - the system is in the dining room and does not reach the bedrooms on hot days. The buttons on the microwave are no longer readable so a bit frustrating trying ti work out how to use it! TV’s in the double rooms are ok as they are smart TV’s but TV in lounge room could do with an update.

Very good location(short walk to shops and beach), good accommodation (the rug in the back room/annex (??) needs replacing as it is too dirty and smelly- actually better without the rug) and clean apart from the rug.

Upsides: Good location, spacious, well equipped kitchen. Good value. Downside: Bbq unusable. Granny flat very musty smell. Mould on ceiling of main bedroom.

Great place to stay
Fantastic, well equipped house close to town and the beaches. Enjoyed the yard and deck spaces, particularly in the morning when the sun streams in.
