Nice rooms. Truck stop cafe nearby. Breakfast wasn’t all that was listed at the desk. Not much effort to keep breakfast items filled. Went to the truck stop to get coffee for the road

Nice hotel, night staff is rude.
Check in and check out went great, the guy that helped us was very friendly!! The room was cozy and clean too! The only issue we had was the night lady..we were walking out to smoke in our car. She reminded us not to smoke under the car port, not the issue. The issue is we acknowledged it and then continued walking out when she then felt the need to tell us not to make her charge us a $150 extra fee for smoking near/under the car port. I read the policy, I always do before i stay somewhere. I dont care she reminded us, it was the condescending way she "told" us about the charge that put us off. It was unnecessary.

Great locally owned business! Clean, friendly, and great recommendation to eat at the diner next door. Each door is designed with a different beautiful scenic picture. Very unique. I'd definitely stay there again!

I was joking with my friend that the GPS said I was 2 minutes away and all I saw were corn fields. Yes it was there and because of it's remoteness, it was quiet, giving me a great nights sleep.

Excellent customer service!
When we checked out, our car wouldn't start. Everyone was so helpful and helped us get it started. They were wonderful and really went above and beyond. We love staying at the Cottonwood when we visit family!
