It is budget but fine
Being located near a mall was a plus and it seemed like a safe area with quick highway access. There was nothing too off putting about the stay but the floor was definitely not cleaned before my stay, there was part of a skittles box, tooth pick, dirt in the corners, etc. there were also unpackaged toothpicks on the nightstand. Everything else seems clean and the bed was comfortable. The vibe is just a little off at this place. Also, the parking lot is too small for occupancy so I had to park in a business park across the street, there were no issues with safety but it was an initial concern and it was also raining.

This is a good business travel or "value" property. The location is good as are the staff. No soap in the bathroom and what you'd expect for breakfast at this price point.

Not worth the money - stay elsewhere
Very kind front desk staff. Hotel is a bit rundown, our first room had a dirty floor, stained armchair, aged shower with a large crack in the floor, and hair and dust strewn around. We asked to change rooms and were given a new room -- similar issues: hair on floor in bathroom, on towels, crumbs and hair on room floor, paint bubbling in corner of room where there had been a leak. We considered going elsewhere but had to get to a family event, so we just stuck it out. Definitely not worth $230 and really was a dark cloud on our trip to Portland.
