The apartment on the ground floor consists of 2 small bedrooms, a shower room, an open plan kitchen with 2-burner stove, fridge-freezer and coffee maker and a large living room with sofa bed. This apartment has a wonderful view. To her belongs to a large south-facing terrace with a pergola. It is suitable for 2 adults and 2-3 children.

To Spiti Mou

Our house was completed in spring 2004. After a few years, in which we have just put the house itself, I can offer the two apartments again for a relaxing holiday. It is built in a typical way and provided with a modern functional furnishings. From the windows and terraces there are wonderful views of the Pagasitic Gulf (as far as Volos), the village of Lafkos or green, rolling hills.

Shopping: In addition to the small shops in Lafkos (bakery, groceries, post office etc.) there is a larger supermarket in Argalasti (8 km away). There is every Saturday market. The city of Volos offers rich shopping. There are not many supermarkets, there are several times a week.

How to get there: 1. There are flights from some airports directly to Volos! Then it's just an hour's drive to the holiday! Second flight to Thessaloniki, then with a car on good roads (205 km highway, then 56 km highway) in about 4 hours drive to the house. Third Flight to Thessaloniki, then by express bus to Volos. From there continue by bus, taxi or car. 4th Flight to Skiathos, then translate to Platania. From there by bus, taxi or car 10 km to the house. 5th By ferry to Igoumenitsa or Patras. 6th It is therefore possible to drive through the former Yugoslavia.

Schönes kleines Haus, im EG Wohnzimmer großzügig Schlafzimmer eher klein aber wie beschrieben, Fligengitter teilweise vorhanden. Der Dorfplatz ist zu Fuß in 5-7 min zu erreichen, der Strand ist in 15-20 min mit PKW zu erreichen, mikro ist zu empfehlen.

A recommander sans hesitation!
Une maison très agréable, avec une grande terrasse fleurie sous une treille de raisins, dominant d'un côté le village tout proche de Lafkos (belle vue !), et de l'autre la mer. L'appartement est le rez-de-chaussée de la maison, le 1er étage étant loué à d'autres personnes -mais le jardin est disposé de telle façon qu'on peut très bien ne pas voir ses voisins (en l'occurrence, pour nous, on a eu la chance de tomber sur des gens adorables qui sont devenus des amis). La maison est idéalement située pour rejoindre les plages aussi bien du golfe Pagasétique que de la mer Egée, et un petit sentier non loin permet de descendre à pied à Milina en une 1/2h. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du dossier sur les excursions aux environs laissé sur place (car uniquement en allemand), mais à distance Angelika a tout fait, avec beaucoup de gentillesse, pour que notre séjour se passe le mieux possible. Nous retournerons volontiers dans cette maison, et espérons pouvoir remercier Angelika de vive voix !

Super schöne Aussicht! Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und hat einen top Aussenbereich. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die obere Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und tip top sauber.
