Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

RESORT FEES and PARKING PERMITS
*Gulfpoint Condominiums requires all guests to pay a one-time resort fee of $10 per person on most days of the year. HIGHER RESORT FEES APPLY TO THE PERIODS NOTED BELOW.
*Parking Permits are also required and must be displayed in vehicles. Two vehicles are allowed.
*Resort Fees are paid to, and Parking Permits are obtained from Gulfpoint Condominiums.
*The Gulfpoint Condominium office is open between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
*From March 1st to April 17th, the Resort Fee is $35 per person.
*From June 1st to August 7th, the Resort Fee is $20 per person.
*During Memorial Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's, the Resort Fee is $20 per person.
