The room didn’t feel clean there was hair all over the floor and bed, stains on the sheets. There was no hot water in the shower. The tv apps on their Roku didn’t work so you couldn’t watch the tv.

We have stayed at this property multiple times and had a good experience. My only complaint is the beds were not comfortable in the room we stayed in this time. You could feel the springs on your back. Next time we might just ask for a different room.

Clean, new hotel on SPI
This new hotel was the nicest stay on our budget winter roadtrip. Very clean and enjoyable, especially for the price. Simple amenities within the room, like a small microwave and table, but the cleanliness made it feel premium. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting SPI.

The hotel was very clean and in great condition. The staff was kind and helpful, and parking was easy. My only complaint was that the bed was very squishy—I would have preferred a firmer bed.

I thought the property was cute. Everything was coated in a fine dust because of wind and sand. The bed was horrible. You sank in it like it was ancient and overused on one side. Our room smelled like chlorine. The people across from the pool partied all night long and of course had to have their door open for all to hear.

Had a great stay! The only negative was that there was a biker rally that partied in the pool area all hours of the night. I slept fine, but my GF wasnt able to sleep well because they were noisy!

Very nice place. Everything is new, or recent, and clean. The room is simple, but nice. The only thing that wasn't great was the bed. The mattresses are way too soft, so they are already sunken. We tried sleeping at the foot of the bed just to get out of the trough.
