The humidity inside the room, the carpet was wet, there were roaches in the room, the tv in the room did not work.

The staff was very helpful, respectful, and courtesy, However this time around the room was humid, cold, I try to adjust the thermostat of air conditioner, either very cold and humid, towels felt wet because of humidity, room smell a little moldy, the water pressure was very low and no hot water, the water felt more cold side then warm, yet the staff was understanding and enjoy the breakfast

Very relaxng and friendly staff. Plenty of breakfast, clean pool, plenty of parking, replaced towels, always someone downstairs and on our floor cleaning the floors and carpets. The laundry room had 1 washer out of service, but it didnt stop the flow of washing. The rating should go up to 9/10 rather an 8.2

El desayuno es rico aunque tiene pocas mesas para todo el hotel. El tener alfombra en todos lados hace que huela en ocasiones a humedad. Tiene acceso directo a playa pero caminas aprox 300 mts. Ofrecen maquina de hielos sin restricciones. Si volveria en caso de no haber otra opcion mas economica
