Your refined 3BR/2BA South Tahoe haven features 1,736 square feet of beautiful living space, a primary suite with a sauna, and both a fireplace and a firepit. Popular ski resorts and Tahoe beaches are nearby.

Hickory floors mirror new pine ceilings in the open-concept common area. Kick back beside the wood-burning fireplace in the posh sitting area. Cinematic movie screenings are in store in the living room, detailed with modern furnishings and a 65in smart TV. Meal preparation is a breeze with ample granite counter space and a full suite of appliances - including a gas range and a side-by-side fridge. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar. A polished dining table is perfect for special meals.

Sleep like royalty in the huge primary bedroom, where there's a king bed, queen sofa bed, and 55in cable TV. An en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a sauna. Find a plush queen bed in the guest room. The third bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-queen bunk bed, plus a twin trundle. A 43in Roku TV adds to the appeal. There was a funky smell in the kitchen sink, no lock on the hot tub (despite there being a “code”), the internet was turned off on Sunday morning before we left which was inconvenient as we packed up, the path to the front door were a bit dangerous, but otherwise the house was beautiful, clean, easy to access, and in a safe neighborhood. It was about a 15-20 min drive to the stateline and Ubers were easy to order. Perfect size for our group and the master suite was beautiful.

Great Location, but some issues
Overall this rental served its purpose. Great location close to where we wanted to be, but left quite a bit of room for growth in regards to a rental property. Attempted to get in touch with management about several items with no response back to this day. 2 of the 3 TV’s in the house didn’t work, the sauna had pubic hair covering the floor drain and after cleaning it so we could use it continued to pop the breakers with following the directions provided, so some electrical work need to be completed to properly and safely work. The spa was less than 90 degrees when found and after turning it on and allowing to heat the property posted time for hot tub use had passed. I’ve never stayed at a private house that had rules on when you can and can’t use the hot tub. Also it was warmer out and the floor fans provided didn’t work with the exception of a desk fan that moved almost no air. Again the house served its primary purpose but for the “extra items” came several drawbacks. If the home was owned by an individual like we normally rent from I feel the communication would have been better, but since this is ran by a rental home company with numerous houses the customer service and quality control take a back seat. I will rent another house in that area, but not from a rental property management company.

Perfect stay!
The house and location were perfect. The house is spacious and laid out well, and had everything we needed. Family really enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and ping pong table. Would definitely stay again!

We did not want to leave. The house was perfect! My kids kept asking if we can move there and live there forever lol the property was clean and well stocked. I had read reviews about noise and noise complaints and I'm happy to report that we did NOT have that problem. My kids played outside in the snow almost every day and they loved it! Sooo many stores nearby for anything you need. Only cons were: jacuzzi had too much chlorine in it and the driveway was only shoveled enough for one car. We tried shoveling the other side but it was too icy. Also the firepit was completely covered in snow, like 3ft or 4ft lol but that was more funny for us than a nuisance. Anytime we had a question, we were helped immediately and never had any hassles. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful!!

Perfect summer getaway!
This was our third time renting a property in the area and this was our favorite! Our family of 6 enjoyed the spaciousness of the bedrooms and all the extras including hot tub, fire pit, and master bedroom sauna. We had all the items we needed in the fully stocked kitchen to make family dinners and the Smart TVs were useful for streaming movies in the evening. The property location was within 5 minutes of a local grocery store and close to the marinas and casinos. This property was a great value for the price point and we will return if available during our travel dates in the future!

Our Go to Tahoe home for now!
Came here with family for Mother’s Day weekend. At first we understood some of the bad reviews. Bathroom garbage wasn’t emptied and sauna drain had hair in it. Shower also had hair. It look like the cleaning service they picked are not as good. But besides that everything else was pretty clean. I got an email of how the house keeping was right when we got here. So I was able to write to them. I got a repsonse right away and they even offer to send someone over to clean up. We had problem with the grill the propane tank was empty. So check that right away. But David came within an hour and fix everything. Such great service!!!! Even though not spotless I would still stay here again. The beds were all comfortable. The living room tv had so many steaming services. The bunk bed room tv didn’t work at all. The sauna and jacuzzi was sooo nice. 15 mins from the casino.

Perfect Family Vacation Home
The home was perfect for our family vacation to Tahoe. We have a 17yr old, an 8 yr old, and a 2 yr old. This home was perfect. The home was clean upon arrival, the Guest Portal through Turnkey was so helpful for check in and check out and it had all the home information listed as well. The home also had a hot tub, a sauna, laundry, and many more amenities to make your stay fantastic. The only issue we had was the master bedroom bath would run out of hot water after one shower, so we would have to share the second bathroom for warm showers, otherwise, this property was perfect. Its only a short 10 min drive to Stateline/Heavenly resort. I would definitely stay here again.

My only complaint is that a handbook of the amenities in the house as well as directions for things in the house would have been greatly appreciated. An email isn’t very convenient and didn’t have everything listed. I couldn’t find the firewood and ending up buying my own, couldn’t get the dishwasher wrking until later, couldn’t find the extra bed right away, had issues with the heat in the room, didn’t know how to lock the front door, couldn’t get the patio lights hanging around the hot tub on and didn’t know how to open the garage. Other places have handbooks that are very convenient. Other than that the place was lovely, clean and pleasant to be in.

Tahoe vacation
We had a great time and it was our second time in 2 months booking this property. However, this time we received several noise complaints and were very dissatisfied with customer service regarding this. We had even received noise complaints when we weren’t at the cabin. It was pretty frustrating having to deal with that seeing as it was our 2nd time booking this property and we didn’t have an issue that first time. Other than this issue the place was clean and the location was great. We will probably book somewhere else next time.
