The floors were dirty when we got there , no one answered the number to call for customer service check in was a hassle , seemed very sketchy . The bathroom sink piping looked like it needed to be repaired . The shower curtain kept going inside the shower causing a huge mess everytime the shower was used

It was walking distance to the village. There was no staff, they never pick up the phone when you need something, even during biz hours. They send too many emails and instructions, . They even said there was instruction on the last day for my check out and threatened me they will charge me if I didn't follow their instruction the I never revealed. I.am.not watching my email when I am traveling, and had no reception.

Disappointed that it advertised daily housekeeping. We did not receive any housekeeping on our 4 night stay. We even requested it. They agreed to send someone but never did. We had to request a second time just to get clean towels. Overall not a bad place but do expect follow through with requests.

This is my 3rd stay within the last 2 months and the reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was that this time they eliminated their complimentary room snacks and bottled water. I sent them an email to tell me what had happened before leaving a review but received no answer. I am a little disappointed as I like the location and of course, the place, which is very clean and comfortable.

We loved their fire pit area. We thought it was adorable and very nice to sit by. Check in process was a little rough. We didn’t get the check in email until about 3:30, after we had called wondering how we were supposed to get in the room with no room code. But they were very helpful. 8/10

It was a lovely room nice and cozy, very clean and inviting. Some awesome cookies awaited us and it was nicely appointed. Very close walking distance for all the action S lake Tahoe has to offer.

The room was clean and bed comfortable. They had some type of light installed in the room that blinked all night resembling a cop car outside a window. When I got up to use the bathroom there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The area was very quiet and the room was clean. They do not have anyone onsite making it challenging when issues arise.

Good property with value for money. Rooms were clean and cozy. Not many guests which was a plus. Parking was also easy and right in front of guest rooms. We got to enjoy a private evening evening near the pit fire. I have one complaint though. There was some device continuously making alarm like sound, in a room beside ours. That room had no guest. On complaining about it in the evening it was only turned off early morning. Though on complain we were offered another room but it didn't have the amenity we wanted. So sleeping in that room wasn't easy.

Great bang for your buck
Great stay for the price. Room was cozy and warmed up when we arrived with the fireplace. Bed was super comfy. Great location!! We could hear our neighbors but they weren't too loud. You can also hear a lot of car door slamming open and closing from the parking lot but thats expected in these types of motels. Bring ear plugs just in case. otherwise would stay hear again.

The room was clean, and nice. The cookies were a great touch. The only issue was that the door was not sealed properly and the heater did not work. We froze all night. When we woke up the room was 30 degrees. Way too cold.

The area itself was beautiful, the room was clean and well decorated. We were excited to stay there, until we turned the TV off to go to sleep. The windows and walls are so thin we could hear the conversation of everyone outside, and the worst part was the couple in the conjoining room next to us. At 1am when they got to the room we could hear the entire argument they had, and we could hear every step they took, to them throwing things around in the room, to the gentleman snoring in the room next to us. I would absolutely stay here again if the walls weren’t so thin. It made our stay miserable.

The getaway!
Just a weekend getaway. Our room was very clean and the king bed was so comfy! We stayed here cause it was close to Harvey’s where we had dinner at Hell’s Kitchen. In the morning I went to the community room and used the Kuric to make two great cups of coffee. All in all a great stay! Much thanks!!
