Vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace create an inviting lodge-like ambience in the living area. Relax on the plush sectional and stream movies on the flat-screen smart TV. The modern kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. As dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar for four. The table in the dining area seats eight for festive meals.
This condo sleeps 12 guests between four bedrooms and a loft area. Each bedroom has a smart TV. Restful nights await in the primary suite, outfitted with a California king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. The second and third bedrooms each hold two queen-size beds. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom features a California king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Partially open to the living area, the loft area is furnished with a queen bed. Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, a crib, a ski locker, and a washer/dryer. This unit does not have air-conditioning.

Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are in use in the common areas only.
Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
