This simple, immaculate condo is in the historic Colonial building on the river. Enjoy sunrise with a cup of coffee on the deck while watching fishing boats chug by. North or South beach just a 5 minute walk away! No need to drive during your entire stay! Pullout sofa and 2 Queen Beds! Explore the shops, movie theatre, and restaurants in downtown South Haven!!! You have wonderful views of the drawbridge below! The new Captain Lou's is right outside your door for drinks and dining. 3rd floor condo is accessible via stairs or elevator. The condo floor has a slight slant to it : )

Kuerig coffee maker and a variety of K-Cup coffee brands provided! Fully stocked with beach towels, quality pillows and bedding. Wifi and Roku TV with cable channels and many streaming options! Coin laundry in the basement, if desired. Full kitchen with utensils, dishes, glasses, bottle openers, pots, and pans! Travel sized toiletries provided---soaps, shampoo/conditioner, and body lotion. A traditional deli/convenience store is right across the street. Other great dining and nightlife options are available right outside your door!
