Take advantage of low introductory prices on our new listing! Villa Sol is a recently updated 4 bedroom 3 bath home three minutes (1.5 blocks) away from Lake Michigan Beach access and 15 mins walk to charming downtown South Haven. 8 person hot tub, new appliances, updated bathroom suite, backyard deck and firepit. Kid friendly and pet friendly. Enjoy our bikes, toys and games for the kids. Close to Kal haven bike trail, kayak rentals, or rent a golf cart and enjoy your summer!

This newly remodeled home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and sleeps 10 people. You will have access to the entire home except for the basement crawl space and the garage which is used by the host. The main level has an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. The Master Suite is on the main floor, it has an attached bathroom with a soaking tub. There is an additional bathroom with a walk in shower on the main level. The kitchen includes a coffee station with a Keurig coffee machine, drip coffee maker, coffee pods, assorted teas and hot chocolate. The kids will love the shaved ice machine, soda stream and the waffle cone maker. The kitchen is stocked with a blender, crockpot, pots and pans, baking sheets and dinnerware. Our new oven has an air fryer function with a large basket for healthy meals. We even provide basic seasonings for you to whip up a home made meal for your family.

The main level also has a new large capacity washer dryer for your use. We provide bed linens, towels and beach towels as well for your use.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and a full bath with a tub/shower combination. Bedrooms one and two both have a queen bed, while bedrooms 3 and 4 have a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle.

The house has high speed Wifi and a television in the living room, with access to streaming services.

For our younger guests, the home includes a Flyer wagon with a cover, pack and play, child plates and utensils (BPA Free), cups with lids and straws, and children’s toys and books. There are also board games, cards and crayons. The kids room has black out curtains for nap times.

The house has ample outdoor space including a front porch with seating for eight, back patio with a dining table, and a hot tub. The back yard also has a fire pit and grill. The hot tub accommodates 8 and has colorful lighting.


The garage houses 4 bikes on a bike stand which guests are free to borrow, beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon to cart the littles or beach stuff.

Pets allowed on a case by case basis, we welcome service animals. There is a pet fee which is $100 per pet per weekly stay, will be lowered for shorter stays.

The home is located on a quiet tree lined street, a block off Black river and a block and half from Lake Michigan Beach Access. It is a a three minute (770 feet, 1.5 blocks) to Lake Michigan Oak Street beach. An easy walk to downtown South Haven with its charming shops, icecream, fudge and coffee places. Easy access to the Kal Haven trail for biking. 6 mins drive to Kids Corner. Easy drive to local wineries.

Contactless check in will utilize a personal code for the front door lock which will be sent to you 1-2 days prior to arrival and will activate at 4pm on the day of check in.

The exterior of the home is monitored with security cameras. There are no cameras inside the home or in the hot tub area.

Our decor and furniture may change over time and we will try to update pictures accordingly.

As with any travel in the era of the Covid Pandemic, please consider obtaining travel insurance if a last minute cancellation would be a financial hardship for you.
By booking this stay you agree to the following:
- You will pick up pet waste and dispose off. Please cover furniture if you allow pets on it. Dogs must be crated if alone in the home.
-You will not eat in the hot tub. You acknowledge and accept the risks of using the hot tub and use at your own risk.

Perfect spot!
We absolutely loved our stay here. It’s a short walk to the beach or very short drive to downtown, but the house is enough on its own! It’s got plenty of space for families, and the back yard is perfect for anyone- green space to play (our dog also loved- and its fenced), fire pit, and hot tub. The kitchen was great if you’re cooking there (and there’s a grill) too. Super cute super clean, we can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful Stay!!
My family stayed at this location for a week and it was a lovely, clean and comfortable house. We enjoyed the fully fenced backyard and basketball hoop. The beds were comfortable and all essential supplies were provided. I have stayed in many South Haven houses but will be returning to this one as it fit all of our needs.

Great house, great location
We loved staying here! It was so close to the Oak street beach and so close to the downtown area. The house was very clean and well stocked-above and beyond our expectations . Great communication with the owner. We loved the back deck with the hot tub. My boys were excited to have a basketball hoop and we loved that we could easily tuck our bikes away (though the property has 4 bikes that looked in great condition)

Sibling reunion
Our first sibling reunion since our father passed away. 11 years ago. We still see each other often for holidays and weddings but this was extra special because just us. We went through family photos to organize for our kids and grandkids. We had 9 people and the place was perfect!! Room to spread out pictures and meal times and enjoy!! The deck and hot tub were used and a big plus! So clean and comfortable in every way. Hope to be back next year!! Thanks to Sherie who was so helpful and responsive!!

Super cute place with everything you need and then some. The backyard had a great outdoor space that was multifunctional. There was an area eating, chairs around a propane fire to relax in, a great grill and a large hot tub. The kitchen had everything you need to make meals at the house. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room in the bedrooms and main living area. Location is close to the beach and downtown South Haven is just a quick drive. We did a winery / brewery weekend with friends and had a great time. The host checked in a few times and was very responsive. We would highly recommend staying here - it's a great space for friends and family. Very welcoming and everything you'd want in a getaway.

We had a great time in this house. It’s fully stocked and the host of the house was wonderful. She took care of everything and responded quickly if we had any questions. A great house for a small group. Very clean and open floor plan on main level! Family room space is limited and only one bathroom upstairs for three bedrooms, however the backyard is large and the house is located near the beach and not too far from downtown…so ideal for spending time doing lots of outdoor activities. Sherie, the owner, was on the ball with check-in, touch points, and check-out instructions and also very kind. Oh, and check-out requirements were minimal making check out a breeze!

South Haven Getaway
This home is special because Sherie truly cares about your comfort. The mattresses are high quality - upstairs and downstairs. We all slept like we were in our own beds at home. Add in the outside amenities- the hot tub, the gas fire pit, fenced yard for our pup - perfect! This was our 3rd trip to South Haven - and now we know where we want to always stay! Wish we could have stayed longer.
Home was conveniently located in a lovely neighborhood close to beaches and downtown. Cedar shingles reminded me of homes out East. Home was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Backyard was well- maintained with plenty of table and chair space, barbecue, hot tub and outdoor lighting. Backyard was also well secured to allow your dog to explore. “Beachy”, homey, clean and comfortable. We’ll be back!

Great Host, Great House and Great Location!
This house was perfect for our family of 6 with room to spare! The house was well appointed with cute beachy decor, beautiful furnishings, and comfy beds. Sherie has thoughtfully provided something to make it a special stay for every member of the family. Books and toys, hot tub and fire table, bikes and a basketball hoop...she really thought of everything! The proximity to both the beach and downtown are great too, we enjoyed both during our stay. The gate across the driveway allows for the backyard to be fenced in which was great for our kids and dog. That added a little peace of mind for us when we were enjoying the deck. Sherie was a gracious and lovely host and we are already looking forward to when we can return.
