Cabin stay
The cabin was clean, nicely set up, and easy to locate. There were no issues, and we enjoyed the stay. We will look for its availability on our next Fly-fishing trip.

Incredible location!
This is our 2nd stay at this cabin. We love it. The location on the river is perfect for fishing & kayaking. The trees out back are great for hammocks. The hummingbirds are enormous & not shy at all. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you need. The cabin is nicely updated since our first visit. Only complaint is the master bed, needs to be replaced.

Summer in South Fork CO.
The property was great for location, river sounds, and large family room. The only complaint was the Vacasa rep. assured me that we had three bathrooms, one in each bedroom. The house has two and a half bathrooms. We had nine people sharing two tubs and two showers. The property was on the river and it was really nice listening to the river flow night and day. The house was large enough that it accommodated all nine persons and gueasts for dinner.

Great Ski Lodge
The Riverfront Retreat is a great ski house. It even looks a little like a ski lodge. Lots of comfy couches, perfect for apres ski lounging. And two dinner tables to choose from. Three bedrooms, but this house can easily house 9, like they say. And the kitchen is very well equiped with every utensil you might need.

Wonderful cabin!
Spacious with all the amenities for our family and friends. 2 adults. 4 teenagers. The loft bunk room was perfect for teens to escape to. Short drive to wolf creek. South fork perfectly quiet little town. Docs has all the things. Beautiful views. Comfortable furniture. Only complaint was housekeeping. One bed linens had not been changed and had hair in the sheets. Some of the dishes were dirty. But we changed the sheets and had a wonderful stay!

comfy home without all the bells and whistles
We stayed here over our winter break. We spent half our time skiing which was fun. I would say this is like staying at your grandmother's house though, like exactly like that. They have every utensil/appliance you need in the kitchen which was a perk. Plenty of glasses and bowls. But 2 TVs in the entire house. Luckily we brought out own Firestick so we could stream, because that wasn't an option there. Two living areas and only one had a TV, and the other TV is in the master bedroom. It was hard to have our group gather to watch TV together. Also little things like the lock to the bathroom is broken. I could see my grandmother reminding everyone that the bathroom lock doesn't work. Also we contacted them about a noise in one of the bedrooms that goes on all night and they never replied to let us know what that was. It was hard to get a nights sleep in that bedroom at the top of the stairs.

Perfect Location!
This place was perfect! Lots of room for a large family. Beautiful area, right on the river, not far from Wolf Creek Ski Area and Creede. House is very well stocked, with the exception of fire starters. They either should supply the fire starters, at least the first night, or let you know in the welcome email that you need to bring your own. We got there first night with no fire everything was closed. Only other issue was a repair was needed for wobbly toilet, and the guy who came and fixed it wreaked of weed, everyone on the house smelled it, we’re not weed smokers. Positive note is property managers were quick to respond, and the problem was fixed. I would definitely visit this property again, you can comfortably fit several people, and it’s stocked with everything!

The home is perfect for a group of 10 to 12 people. Plenty of sitting rooms, beds bathrooms. I am sure it is beautiful in the summer too! The snow was perfect for snowmobiling. Everyone in town at the shops were so friendly!

Exceeded expectations... and Aggies
Our stay was amazing and the property staff provided excellent service as we arrived during a huge snow storm. The neighbors were great as they assisted with clearing the snow so we could get out the next day. A beautiful house topped off with the Aggie light in the kitchen and met the Aggie neighbors.

Awesome Wolk Creek Ski Vacation in Cozy Cabin
We rented Jeane’s Place for a family and friends escape to Wolf Creek for skiing. The layout of the house was fantastic! It provided plenty of room to accommodate 5 adults and 8 kids, with plenty of additional space to accommodate even more. The house is within 20 minutes of the Wolf Creek Ski Area, our main reason for the trip. As you enter you will be in the large family room that has a 50” TV for watching movies and a table for playing games while you open all the windows and let the outside in. Great views! The next room is the main living room attached to the kitchen. We really enjoyed this room as well. On our 3rd day, we woke to no electricity, no water, and snowed in. But, you have a wood burning fire place with an access door to wood that is already cut, stacked, and dry. Additionally, the owners of this house are geniuses because they have a cooking rack built into the fire place. So, we cooked biscuits, gravy, bacon, and eggs over the fire place using their iron skillet. Darla was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed while we were snowed in and without power (total of 8 sub areas down). The outside of the house has a lot of room for the kids to play safely in the snow away from the road. Great memories and a lot of fun! For sleeping, the bottom floor has a master bedroom with private bath. You will also find a private toilet on the backside of the kitchen area for quick access for those on the bottom floor. The second floor you will find a private bedroom with a queen bed. As you walk down the hall you will enter into an open area with two sinks and a closet for all upstairs to use. You go past this area and you will find another private bathroom. The last room on the 2nd floor is “Huge” with 3 queen beds and 3 twin beds. The pictures online do not due justice to this cabin and the amount of wide open space. When we first booked this cabin we were a little turned off by how dated the property looked in the pictures but after staying, we found it to be very cozy and felt as if you were at your grandmothers house for the holidays. We highly recommend this property if you have plans to visit the area. For ourselves, we are already planning to return to see what the area looks like in the summer and as soon as we know our Spring Break dates for 2020 we are booking it again. Thank you to the owners for opening up your home for us to experience a truly fantastic ski vacation.

Loved the mountains, would not rent property # 1279922 again.
Nice house but its not worth the rent, with the problems the house has. Hot water problems, refrigerator not working right, not enough parking, over all lack of S, and the owner accusing us of everything under the sun. We only met 2 people, the week that we were there, that made us feel welcome to the south fork area. The rest made us feel very unwelcome. Spend your money and go home. Ron Bechard, Woodward Oklahoma
