Perfect place in Chatham!
My friends and I stayed here for a weekend on the cape -- we had the best time! The house is bigger than it appears online and comfortably fit all six of us. The living and dining area is also very big! The check-in process was simple, and when we arrived the house was stocked with extra blankets, towels and very clean. It's in the perfect location on the border between Chatham and Harwich - so you can get to any area very easily. There are some things missing like outdoor furniture, but we still had the best time. Highly recommend!

Comfortable stay but lacks charm
House had most things needed and the location was great but lacked a few important things: outdoor shower didn't work, charm was missing (no paintings on walls, disposable table cloth), no outdoor furniture or umbrella, loud AC units in every room, lights flickered, drawers and closets still had items belonging to the owner.
Needs a bit more love at the price.

this place has exactly what you need for a weekend getaway. great location less than 10-15 minutes from local beaches and shopping. very clean and plenty of room for a group of 4-6. great place
