This motel is ok, but not great and not worth the $350 I had to pay… only chose this location because of a family emergency that landed us just up the road at UVM. Some staff were nice, but not all of them, and I had to wait a long time at the desk my second night because they accidentally deactivated my key- I think the wait was because there was only one person working. Decently clean room, but very very thin walls so we heard the neighbors.

great location. very nice property with nice decor, nice lobby. Room was very nice with beautiful bathroom with excellent shower, plenty of hot water, good water pressure, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner dispenser . Microwave, mini fridge, large flat screen tv, couch and desk in room. very efficient a/c. Several food options within 3 minutes, some are walkable. Plenty of free parking. Straight shot to University of Vermont then downtown Burlington
