Family friendly walkout basement suite with private backyard. We can accommodate up to 6 individuals aged 12 and over and up to 3 additional children,11 years and younger. The suite includes 1 shared and 1 private entrance, 3 large bedrooms and 2 full baths in over 1600 square feet. Everything is new and modern, all the comforts of home in a picturesque setting on the beautiful Bruce Peninsula. 15 mins from Sauble Beach or Wiarton. Large patio with firepit and private grill. Backs onto a conservation area with creek. 2 min drive, 5 min bike ride or 15 min walk to north oliphant beach. We have tried to think of everything and provide all linins, fully stocked kitchen, laundry area and bathrooms. Even games and activities for young and old.

Excellent place!!
We had a great time here!! Place was very clean and well stocked. Lots of games for the kids to play. Great outdoor space for bbq and roasting marshmallows. Kim and Ed were great hosts and were easy to contact. Great place overall!!

Peaceful Getaway
This is a great very clean place to stay. The location is perfect for day trips and close to beaches and trails. It was cozy with a fireplace to heat the main areas and individual heaters in each room. It also includes many activities like pool, ping pong and board games to do at night or a day inside. Kim and Ed were fast to response to any questions we had and were very welcoming and helpful in what to do in the area. We really enjoyed our time here.

Amazing getaway from the city
We loved our stay at the cottage! The hosts were very welcoming and helpful at all times and even helped us out when we got a flat tire. The basement unit was very clean and was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, playing ping pong, board games, etc. We will definitely visit again!

Everything you could possibly need and more
This suite was so well equipped. We stayed in the winter, and there were plenty of games/ activities for parents and kids to enjoy while indoors. The outdoor space was useful, as well, with a fire pit, lounge chairs and Bbq. Ed and Kim were extremely responsive and accommodating. Fantastic!

Really enjoyed
We really enjoyed the indoor space. It was large, clean, and nicely decorated. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed the pool table! The only thing we would have wanted was use of the outdoor grass area. We had young kids and a pool we brought and weren't able to use the grass area. Other than that we really enjoyed our time

Great stay in the Bruce
Kim and Ed helped ensure our stay in the Bruce Peninsula was memorable. They are very detail oriented, and were very responsive to any requests or questions. Alongside having equipped their condo with all the necessary amenities, their property is very well located ( about a 15 minute walk to the shores of Lake Huron, 15 minute drive to Sauble Beach, 20 minute drive to Wiarton and 40 minute drive to Tobermory ). Perfect place to stay for a family vacation in this amazingly beautiful area of Ontario!

Très agréable séjour
Les hôtes sont très accueillants et toujours disponibles, réponses rapides et courtoises. Le logement est vraiment vaste et bien équipé, nous avons adoré jouer au ping pong. La terrasse et la cours sont très biens aménagées.
